DAMAGED OR FAULTY WINWS

In the unfortunate event that your wine arrives damaged or is deemed faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or provide a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs. Please note that photographic evidence may be required.
 

 

CHANGE OF MIND


If you've had a change of heart or mistakenly ordered the wrong wine, we understand. You may return unopened bottles within 7 days of the purchase date. We will issue a refund, excluding any shipping costs, once we receive the returned items in their original condition. Please ensure that the wines have been stored at the correct temperature.
