Don’t fret, you don’t need to wear your khakis when drinking Khakibos. Tagetes minuta was dubbed Khakibos (khaki bush) by the Boers in South Africa because of the khaki uniforms the British troops wore during the Anglo-Boer War.

As a voluptuous Cape Blend that brings forward a medley of explosive aromatics, the varietal composition lead by Verdelho differs year on year depending on the best performing vineyards we come across in our explorations be it Palomino, Chenin Blanc, Fernão Pires or all of the above.
